YAY! Kristin is updating- what a glorious highlight in your hum-drum life!  So...for those of you who are unaware I will be back at Indiana State next semester, praise the Lord! I miss everyone/everything there sooooo bad. I've been visiting a lot though so it provides me with a much needed fix.  It's killlllling me to be home. I feel like I'm back in middle school with my every move being watched. I really hate to complain (actually, I don't, sorry!) but I'm going crazy here. I'm starting to feel like a townie- get off of me Effingham, Illinois! I'm in desperate need of money though. If I don't get enough by December to go back I'm gonna have to sell my car and then find a guy a ISU that has one so I can just use him for rides, and that might take an awful lot of energy I am not really going to have time to exert. Oh well, as long as I get to go back without selling all my possessions I think I'll be happy. Although I hear organs are going for a pretty penny on the black market and who really needs two lungs anyways, right? If you have any suggestions on how I can make money (legally or otherwise) please share your profound wisdom. Much thanks.

This weekend I turned the big 2-1. I don't really feel all that different. I remember thinking about being 21 when I was younger and to be completely honest I'm a little let down. Is there an age where one just wakes up and they're suddently they're a grown up? Because frankly I still feel very much like a little kid. I look at my friends who are getting married/engaged/having babies and it freaks me out.  I can't even take care of myself, let alone another person- in any capacity...save for my few adventures in babysitterland. I still use the phrase "when I grow up" and I haven't quite gotten a grasp on the whole "saving money" thing, yet, I can write a paper on the theopoliltical ties between the U.S. and Israel and get into a jolly discussion pertaining to the different political theories between Locke and Machiavelli... I think higher education screws people up. It makes them think they are much more intelligent than they really are...and much more grown up. Which I have recently realized, is a long way off for moi.

In other news, Walgreens is working pretty well for me thus far. I work in the photo lab. I saw my first naked pictures the other day. Freaking scary.

I am having great difficulty as of late, speaking in proper tenses. It is becoming quite frustrating. I feel like a moron sometimes... I will most definitely double check this entry for signs of my increasing lack of grammatical accuracy.

My little cousins are visiting and you can totally tell due to the fact that there is kid crap all over our house. I love them dearly, but I'm extremely glad I didn't get knocked up as a teen.
